ELF Hydrating Face Primer – I am always hearing how these ELF primers are Smashbox dupes so I decided to give this one a try. It smells TERRIBLE!!! I don't know how well it wears compared to the Smashbox but I can tell you that the Smashbox primer does not have a scent like this. Yuck!
