In this tutorial i will show you how to make an awesome neon makeup. Just follow this simple and easy steps: Start by applying the black line such as shown in the first picture. Then apply white shimmery eyeshadow all over your eyelid until the black line. Add the pink neon eyeshadow by the end of your eyelid. Apply the orange eyeshadow on the middle of your lid. Blend the colours well with each other in order to create a smooth look. Add a black eye-liner. Apply your favourite mascara. :*
